So Valentine’s Day is tomorrow and you only have (literally ) just a few dollars in your pocket to spend on that special someone? Have no fear because low cost ways to say ” I Love You” this Valentines Day are here! Take a look at the ways you can still express you love!

1. Everyone loves the “Dollar Store”, right? And the balloons at the neighborhood “dollar store” are only a dollar! So purchase two or three of them and give them as a gift!

2. If you have just a bit more to spend, then purchase foods that are red and then make hearts out of them. For example, you can purchase red velvet cake, or strawberries and use a cookie cutter that is shaped like a heart and have heart-shaped red velvet cake or strawberries in a heart-shaped bowl. Or a low cost meal of a salad and chicken or a small steak served on red dishes! How about some fruits, cheeses and wine served on a red tray for your sweetie!? The food combinations are endless!

3. A love letter on gorgeous stationary can really be a gift! Remember being in grade school and the love that was felt when you received a love letter from that grade school crush? Think of the joy that loved one would feel opening up a love letter from you!

4. Is that sweetie of yours into great tunes? Then create a lovely mix CD of great songs! Many songs you can download for free or at minimal cost. Create a musical escape for that special someone by placing all of his or her favorite love songs or singers/musicians on it! Get a generic CD cover and write a love message on the CD cover and watch the magic !

Those are four simple ways you can create a wonderful and memorable Valentine’s Day for your sweetie! And remember to ask retailers and various businesses for discounts! Some businesses are willing to give discounts on Valentines Day items which can translate into tremendous savings for you!

And here are a few businesses that can probably help you create a wonderful Valentine’s Day for the one you love!
