Okay, I had NO idea this was the case when I went to go see the movie last night. The previews looked like it was following the bible story pretty closely. Well, I was wrong. I am surprised I stayed for the entire movie! It did not follow the bible that much at all. The director even said, which I found out AFTER I saw the movie, that he was proud of the fact that he’s taken the story inspired by God’s Word and turned it into something so secular.
