Central Indiana is under a wind chill advisory this Friday morning which means you still have to take special precautions and bundle up if you’re going out. That’s a warning to the parents and students across the area, many of whom are heading back to class today after an extra two days of wintery weather break. Indianapolis Public Schools are operating on a regular schedule today as well as some of the township and suburban school districts.
