On Saturday, Jan. 18, 47-year-old Christian comedian and entertainer Sherri Shepherd was featured on Oprah Winfrey’s digital web show #OWNSHOW where she got introspective about fear.
“I’ve always been a person that says ‘Run towards that thing that you fear, because there’s amazing blessings on the other side,’” she said.
While some say that is a bold and fearless approach to life, the former co-host of ABC’s “The View” admitted “I don’t know whether that’s smart or not,” adding, “I think it’s pretty smart, because I find that when I run towards those things that scare me, it makes me stronger.”
