ABC’s Thursday night queen of TV, Shonda Rhimes, recently sat down with Nightline for an interview where she discusses her 127 pound weight loss.  Rhimes talks about how she struggled with the idea of wanting to lose weight, stating she even felt anti-feminist and “shallow and misogynistic.”  Rhimes stated, “As a feminist, I felt like, ‘Why am I even having this conversation with myself?’ And I would fight for any other woman’s right to be whatever size she wanted to be. It was amazing to me that I had such ambivalence about it.”

Rhimes also discusses her new book, Year Of Yes, on the Nightline segment that aired last night.  You can watch the full interview with Rhimes here.
