It’s no secret NeNe Leakes was feeling uncomfortable after she appeared on ABC’s The View last month.  She tweeted about her experience and called the ladies of The View “a bunch of mean girls.”

She also spoke about the matter on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live earlier this month.  Shortly after Leakes’ appearance, Whoopi was a guest on Watch What Happens Live.  Whoopi didn’t have a whole lot to say when asked about Leakes, but she invited Leakes to come back to The View by saying, “Then come back another day and try again.”

Raven-Symoné is now speaking out with her thoughts on the subject.  Symoné sat down in an interview with E! News, where she said, “Sorry, girl. My bad.”  Symoné also commented, “I feel sad for her.”  Symoné says Leakes once attended her house party, hinting that they may have been friends at one point.  “I don’t understand what happened, but that’s her right if she felt that way. Just like our opinion, that’s her opinion,” Symoné stated.

Was Symoné’s apology sincere?  Leakes hasn’t yet responded to the apology, or Whoopi’s invitation back to the show.  It’s likely that Leakes is waiting on an apology from co-host, Joy Behar, for her comments about Leakes’ decision to re-marry her ex-husband.  You can watch Symoné’s interview with E!
