We began our dialogue today speaking with Tony Radford, artist in residence at the East 38th Street branch of the Marion County Library.  They have an innovate program designed to teach children to make, mass produce and market their art. The proceeds are used to create entrepreneurs in the arts.

We then discussed the constantly changing political landscape. Who will Donald Trump pick as his running mate.  If he picks our Governor Mike Pence, how will that change the dynamics of our governor’s race? Bernie Sanders has finally and formally endorsed Hillary Clinton.  Will those who support Bernie give their vote to Hillary?  Will Evan Byah be the right man to reclaim a senate seat from the Republican party?

Finally, we explored the nexus between community problems and political realities.  We listened to Pastor Jeffrey A. Johnson Sr., Pastor of Eastern Star Church, Indianapolis as he spoke about the Tragic and terrorizing events of last week across our country,

Enjoy!
