Monument Circle Art Fair
Regional artists will showcase their work Saturday on the plaza surrounding the Soldiers and Sailors Monument in the heart of downtown Indy. Grab a bite to eat from favorite food trucks, sip a beer or other tasty beverage, and listen to live music all day as you browse the variety of paintings, sculpture, photos, jewelry, and more at this free event.
Paleopalooza at The Children’s Museum
All dinosaur lovers will dig this special event on Saturday. Come for hands-on activities like fossil impressions, solve the mystery of Bucky Lives!, meet world-renowned paleontologists and the man who discoverd the most complete T. rex in the world. The cost of this program is included with regular museum admission of $18.50 and up.
Oktoberfest on the Farm at Traders Point Creamery
Get into the German spirit Saturday and celebrate the season! Go for a hayride, pick a pumpkin from the patch, ride a pony, play games, visit the artisan market, fill up at the whole hog roast, spend some quality time in the biergarten, and dance to Airstream Betty and PolkaBoy. Tickets are $10-$15, but free for children 10 and under.
