Stripper Charged With Raping Woman And Cutting Her Breasts
(Lousiville, Kentucky-Fox 41)
A woman accused of raping another woman faces a judge this morning. Wisdom Duncan faces several charges including rape, robbery, assault, unlawful imprisonment and terroristic threatening.
Investigators say she tied up and attacked another woman Thursday. A circuit court judge read portions of the police report during the arraignment.
