The Minnesota Vikings have re-signed restricted free agent QB Tarvaris Jackson, it was announced today.
Jackson, who served in a backup role with the addition of Brett Favre in 2009, appeared in eight games. The fifth-year veteran has 19 career starts with 21 career passing TDs and four rushing TDs.
Over the course of his career, Jackson, has played in a total of 33 games and has thrown 21 touchdown passes, 18 interceptions, and has a career quarterback rating of 77.9.
Still no word on if Bret Farve will be back or not
