Afternoons with Amos shared their stories of problems with Marion County Small Claims Courts as a special Task Force prepares to evaluate ways of improving these courts. Indiana Appeals Court Judge John Baker talked with Amos and listeners about a special Task Force created by the Indiana Supreme Court to look at Marion County’s nine Small Claims Courts and make recommendations on improvements. The Task Force is the outgrowth of a scathing report on the courts published last year by the Wall Street Journal. The Public will be able to provide testimony on the small claims court operations at 6pm on the following three Wednesdays:

Wednesday, February 29th, Pike Township Small Claims Court, 5665 Lafayette Road
Wednesday, March 7th, Marion County Circuit Court, City-County Building, Downtown.
