The road to a feat not done since 1988 goes through family tonight. Serena Williams meets big sister Venus Tuesday night in the quarterfinals of the U.S. Open in New York. Serena is in the hunt for a calendar year Grand Slam. That’s the feat last done in ’88 by Steffi Graf. She’s also pursuing her fourth straight U.S. Open title. Serena owns a 15-11 all-time edge over Venus in what will be their 27th meeting. Tonight’s match, “Williams versus Williams” gets underway from Arthur Ashe Stadium at around 7:00 p.m. Eastern.
