Kobe Bryant played his last NBA game ever Wednesday night, and he went out with a bang.  The 20 year Lakers veteran took 50 shots, scored 60 points, and helped lead his team to a 101-96 victory over the Utah Jazz.  Kobe is only the 4th NBA player to take 50 shots in one game, and it was also his sixth 60-point game of his career.

Bryant entered into the NBA straight out of high school in 1996, where he has spent his entire career with the Los Angeles Lakers.  He has played a total of 1,556 NBA games in his career.  The 17-time All-Star is a 5 time NBA champion, just one championship shy of matching Michael Jordan.

After the 4th quarter buzzer sounded, Kobe addressed the crowd.  “I can’t believe how fast 20 years went by.  This is crazy.  This is absolutely crazy,” Bryant said.  Hear more of what Kobe had to say in his press conference after the game below.  Read more on the story here.
