Tyler Perry has moved on from his Buckhead Atlanta mansion, but he definitely didn’t downsize. In an interview with E! News, the move mogul revealed that he has purchased a massive estate outside of the city.

“It’s the same distance to the studio as my old house, but now I can have horses and pigs and organic vegetables,” Perry told correspondent Marc Malkin.

Perry’s previous 17-acre compound sold last month for a record-breaking $17.5 million. The 35,000 square feet mansion boasts a hobby house, a guardhouse and a caretaker suite on the property — for a total of seven bedrooms, nine full bathrooms and five half-baths.
