Memorial Service Set for Kenny Taylor “Mr. Gospel”
Washington, DC. – A Memorial service date has been set for music industry icon Kenny Taylor “Mr. Gospel.” Announced by his pastor at his home church on Sunday, the Memorial Service will take place on Wednesday, July 12th, 2017 at 7 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Glenarden Worship Center, 600 Watkins Park Dr., Upper Marlboro, MD.
On Sunday evening a special Musical tribute was held for the late Kenny Taylor at Greater First Baptist Church in Washington, D.C. pastored by Rev. Dr. Winston Ridley, Jr. Friends and family members filled the church to capacity along with Kenny’s father and mother, Deacon and Mr. Taylor to express their love for someone with an amazing impact on the Gospel Industry.
Just about 30 miles up the road Eric Waddell, one of Kenny’s closest friends and client also held a very heart felt musical tribute in his honor in Baltimore.
