It was a deadly weekend in indianapolis, homicide detectives are investigating shootings that killed three people. A shooting on the north west side has left two people dead over night. The shooting happened in the Woodhaven Park Apartments near 38th St. and High School Rd. around 9 p.m. Sunday. Two men in their 20’s were found suffering from gunshot wounds. One was pronounced dead at the scene the other was transported to Eskenazi Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later. The names of the victims have not been released. No potential suspects have been announced.

On Saturday night IMPD officers investigated the shooting death in the parking lot of a restaurant on the city’s north side. A police report listed the age of the victim as 13-years-old.  Just after 10 p.m. Saturday night, officers were called to the 6000 block of E 82nd Street on reports of a person shot. They found the young man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound and medics arrived and pronounced him dead at the scene. Detectives are looking for information about the shooting.
