Folks, the holiday season is approaching fast and furiously upon us.  The days are dwindling down till Thanksgiving? Are you ready for all of the food that will be presented on your table?

What things can you do in preparation for all of the overload of rich and delicious edibles you are planning to shove down your throat?

Think about it, if you cut back and exercise now, the damage won’t be as severe as it could be.  30 minutes to an hour of exercise 3 to 5 days a week, more vegetables and water could be the key.
