Words for the Day: Esteem Others
There are people who make “ministries” out of criticizing everybody else. But most people who judge others are actually doing something are the ones who are doing nothing themselves. They put down other people to try to lift up themselves.
The Word of God calls us to build up others, esteeming them more highly than ourselves (see Philippians 2:3). Avoid people who constantly criticize others so their negative comments will not rob you of gold enthusiasm. God can use you today to help strengthen someone’s faith. Ask Him to make you aware of these opportunities today.
