Mayor, IMPD Release Report In Bisard Crash Probe
Mayor Greg Ballard and the top brass of the Department of Public Safety and the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department released their detailed internal report into the investigation into the crash involving IMPD Officer David Bisard and three motorcyclists stopped at a red light on August 6th.
