The Indiana Pacers announced that veteran forward/center Jeff Foster underwent successful lower back surgery Tuesday at The Indiana Orthopaedic Hospital. He is expected to miss the remainder of the season, but is also expected to make a full recovery and be ready for training camp this fall.
