I know it sounds funny but it really works. One of you may be a night owl, but it’s good to try to go to bed at the same time. Most couples have a busy schedule and are running here and there all day. Schedule a time when you BOTH will go to bed together. It’s a great way to connect. You may choose to not stay in the bed after one of you falls asleep. You can tell each other that it is okay to get up if you like, but at least use that time to connect.
