Queen Latifah’s New HBO Movie “Bessie” Premiere’s May 16

There is definitely life after daytime talk show for the amazingly talented Queen Latifah. Latifah’s new HBO movie “Bessie” will premiere Saturday, May 16.
The film tells the story of legendary Singer Bessie Smith, who was also known as The Queen Of The Blues in the 1920’s. Latifah is joined by a star-studded cast which includes Mike Epps, Oscar-winning comedienne/actress Mo’Nique, singer Ma Rainey, and more.
