Steve Harvey sat down with Miss Colombia in her first big interview since the awkward Miss Universe mishap. Last month, Harvey accidentally misread the card and announced Miss Colombia as winning the Miss Universe title, when she was actually the first runner up.
Harvey spoke with Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach on Monday. He asked if she forgave him and her response was that everyone needs to move on from the situation.
Yesterday Harvey spoke with Ariadna Gutiérrez, or better known as Miss Colombia, and she was in very good spirits about everything. Gutiérrez commented that she thought the whole thing was a joke at first. She also wanted to clarify all the rumors going around about her. Steve jokingly asked her if she had plans to sue him, she said that was all just a rumor. All jokes aside, Harvey got very emotional and asked Gutiérrez to forgive him for the mistake.
