Yesterday I didn’t turn on my favorite Gospel station or listen to my most uplifting worship CD while driving.
Instead, I softly sang, “You are my strength/strength like no other/strength like no other/reaches to me.”
It is a beautiful worship melody from Hillsong United that I absolutely love.
I hadn’t planned on serenading God at that time. Although I regularly heed Ephesians 5:19 NIV, which says, “Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord,” I don’t make car-concerts a habit. But I had already burst into song before I had the chance to think about what I was doing.
Jesus and I were having a good old time.
