Shock. anger, disgust, disappointment. That’s just some of the reactions of Indianapolis Black community leaders and Afternoons with Amos listeners to the bombshell announcement of more scandal and malfeasance in the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.  IMPD Chief Paul Ciesielski has been forced to resign. The head of the Department’s internal affairs division has been placed on leave all because key blood evidence in the a major case was improperly handled and stored.  The FBI has been called in to investigate.  The story broke LIVE during Afternoons with Amos which carried a LIVE a press conference by Mayor Greg Ballard and Public Safety Director Dr. Frank Straub.  Hear that press conference along with reactions from attorney and former top IMPD commander and Public Safety Director Robert Turner; Urban League President and former Deputy Mayor Joe Slash; NAACP President Crystal Radcliffe; Concerned Clergy President Rev.
