Parole officers from Indiana’s Department of Corrections are the stars of a new reality series premiering this Fall on TV One.  Parole Diaries, follows nine dedicated parole officers of the Indiana Department of Correction as they tackle their most difficult and heart-wrenching cases.  The series looks inside a parole officer’s day. It’s extremely tough work, but they offer ex-offenders something rare, a second chance. During each episode you see the possibility of positive change and the emotional uplift from delivering a second chance. In an exclusive Afternoons with Amos interview, two veteran Indiana parole officers featured on Parole Diaries, Justin Bennett and Denise Jackson talked about their work on the series. Johnathan Towers, the creator and producer, also talked about the program. Parole Diaries can be seen Wednesdays at 10pm for the next three months only on TV One on Bright House, AT&T U-Verse and Comcast/Xfinity Cable and Direct TV.
