*New artist Brian Courtney Wilson made his first visit to the UK for the grand opening of Ruach Ministries at Gaumont State Theatre, in Kilburn, northwest of London.

Bishop John Francis of London heads the ministry. During the three-day visit, Wilson ministered to more than 4,000 worshippers, sharing the stage with Pastor Benny Hinn, Pastor Paula White, Donnie McClurkin and other distinguished guests and members of the clergy.

Wilson ushered in the Holy Spirit when he led a praise and worship service. Attendees knelt on the floor and joined in on a seven-minute rendition of Wilson’s gospel chart-topping hit, “Already Here.” Pastors from all over the world were asking Bishop Francis how he knew about “this young man with such a great voice.”

“It was truly a revelation because I did not anticipate the similarities between London and American cities,” said Wilson. “I observed the same storefronts—including fried chicken shacks—in the same types of neighborhoods, with parents walking their children to school in the morning. I realized their joy and pain cannot be that different from my own.  This made me feel even more empowered to minister to the people, who I hope will become part of my extended family in the UK. I pray that they all decide to just love.”

“Brian truly connected with so many people at the conference through his worship,” said Fiona Ramsay, Senior Vice President of Music World International. “The musicians at Ruach Ministries had a great spiritual connection with Brian and people who attended the service continually mentioned the pure tone of his voice—especially when Brian sang ‘Blessed Assurance’ and his new song ‘Awesome God.’  People sang along like they had heard the song a thousand times before.”

Wilson also made a guest appearance on Premier Gospel Radio Station.

Meanwhile, back in the U.S., Wilson’s “Just Love” album remains at #7 on the Billboard’s Top Gospel Album chart after 60 weeks since its release in June 2009.
